Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonu Bazar P.S. Case No.365 of 2024 dated 06.06.2024, registered for the offence punishable u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2022, pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Judge (Excise), Saharsa.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70372 of 2024(2) dt.21-10-2024 2/2 learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application.
