2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) (a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Petitioner was made accused in this case on the basis of disclosure made by co-accused Subhash Kumar who was apprehended on the spot along with arms and ammunition.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent. No arms and ammunition was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused who was apprehended on the spot.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Ladania P.S. Case No. 215 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
