Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bounsi P.S.Case No.144/2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR the petitioner has manipulated in the CT scan and produced the same before the Doctor showing simple injury as grievous.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case and the other co-accused having similar allegation has been granted privilege of the anticipatory bail, vide order dated 23.7.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13545 of 2019.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri Mithilesh Kumar, ACJM Vith, Araria in connection with Bounsi P.S.Case No.144 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
