The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rupouli P.S.Case No.100 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per FIR is that the petitioner and others were trying to settle the land of the informant and in that there were altercations between the parties which was pacified by the Panchayat, however, the petitioner threatened her husband of dire consequences. It is also alleged that her husband had gone to the field and when he did not return, in the morning, she found his dead body in the field and she suspected hands of the petitioner in that.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67141 of 2018(3) dt.07-12-2018 2/2 that except suspicion and the land dispute there is nothing against him. He is in custody for more than six months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Purnea in connection with Rupouli P.S.Case No.100 of 2018.. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
