2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 363, 366(A) IPC registered in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 341 of 2017,
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and there are discrepancies in the FIR and the depositions of the victim girls recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel appearing for the informant suo motu oppose the anticipatory bail petition.
5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed. Chandran/- (Vikash Jain, J) U T
