JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-01-2019 Considering the specific allegation of assault on head and there is injury on the head, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However the trial court is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest preferably within a period of six months, failing which the trial court shall enlarge the petitioner on bail if there is no fault on the part of the petitioner in early conclusion of the trial.
