JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the state along with learned counsel Mr. Rangnath Choubey for the opposite party no. 2.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar Mahila P.S.Case No. 64 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under section 323, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The learned counsel for the parties jointly submitted that the case was referred for Mediation and the dispute in between the petitioner and OP No. 2 stands resolved amicably.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69899 of 2023(5) dt.22-04-2024 2/2 opposite party no. 2 is staying with the petitioner and they are leading a peaceful conjugal life.
5. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party no. 2 submits that he has instruction to make submission not to oppose the anticipatory bail application.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs, 5,000/- ( Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar Mahila P.S.Case No. 64 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
