This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Initially the first information report was lodged on missing of the son of the informant, later on dead body was recovered. During the investigation suspicion was raised against the petitioner also as petitioner was seen along with the deceased by some of the witnesses. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 18.01.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on
