Mr. Prabhat Kumar Verma, AAG-3 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 14-09-2023 This is a wholly frivolous kind of application. A bare perusal of the judgment dated 13.02.2017 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 12125 of 2014 would show that as regards the demolition in question, the State authorities have taken a plea that the structure was demolished by a private person and not by the State authorities. A first information report has already been lodged in this regard.
This application has no merit. It is dismissed accordingly. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) SUSHMA2/- U
