That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus And/or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions restraining the Respondents No.- 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7 from creating any hindrance or from encroaching One Acre land, appertaining to R.S. Khata No. 2776, R.S. Plot No. 6206, situated at MauzaNehra, Thana No. 10, AnchalManigachhi, District-Darbhanga, for which no objection has been given earlier by the Respondent No. 4 for

Patna High Court CWJC No.15115 of 2024(2) dt.03-10-2024 2/2 construction of building of upgraded Urdu High School, Dhunsi and further to restrain the Respondents No. 4, 5, 6 and 7 from constructing Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan and Garbage Store over the above mentioned land which has been given earlier for construction of buildings of aforesaid High School."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
