The Petitioner submits that when the matter was placed before the Mediation Centre, none of the parties appeared there.

Without granting any further adjournment for the process of mediation, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 31.1.2014 is hereby confirmed in connection with Complaint Case No.1050 of 2012 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.

However, from now on the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.750/- per month in favour of the Opposite Party No.2 instead of Rs.500/-.
