Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhapra Moffasil P.S. Case No. 130 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 382/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this on basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27277 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66078 of 2019(2) dt.13-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addiitonal Sessions Judge V, Saran at Chhapra in connection with Chhapra Moffasil P.S.
