1. Heard both the parties.
2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 109 of 2022, dated 10.03.2022, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 308 of the I.P.C.
3. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations and specific averment of having caused injuries to the injured as lacerated wound on left perital region of both injured namely
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66437 of 2022(2) dt.25-04-2023 2/2 Md. Talib and Md. Tanveer, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the above named petitioners.
4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
