JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-01-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order passed on 14.06.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.63383 of 2021 and the petitioner was directed to deposit 25 per cent of the total revenue loss of electricity department at the time of submitting bail bond and rest 25 per cent of the said amount was directed to be deposited in two installments after the gap of one month and accordingly the petitioner has deposited 25 per cent of the total revenue loss of electricity department and in this regard Annexure-2 has been filed and the rest two installments have not been deposited by him on account of non acceptance of

No.852 of 2023(2) dt.11-01-2023 2/2 money by the electricity department at the initial stage as the officials of electricity department could not understand the direction of this Court and now they are ready to take the remaining amount of the revenue loss which was to be deposited by the petitioner as per the direction given by this Court but in this regard the time fixed by this Court has lapsed, so a prayer has been made to grant further time to deposit the remaining amount.

Considering the above-mentioned prayer, the petitioner is granted two months more time from the date of execution of the bail bond to deposit the rest amount of revenue loss as per the direction given in earlier order and the said amount can be deposited by him in the electricity department and the payment of the receipt shall be submitted before the trial Court within two months from the date of execution of bail bond and further four weeks time is also granted to the petitioner for furnishing the bail bond as per the direction given in earlier order.
