2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 308, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, allegation against these petitioners is of assault.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that these petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of
