JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 31-08-2017 This application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 20031 of 2010 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 16.7.2012.

However, records indicate that CWJC No. 20031 of 2010 was directed to be listed along with LPA No. 1733 of 2010 vide order dated 20th May, 2011. LPA No. 1733 of 2010 along with CWJC No. 20031 of 2010 have been decided on merit by order dated 21.11.2013.

In view of the above, now no further orders are

Patna High Court MJC No.5533 of 2012 (2) dt.31-08-2017 2/2 necessary. Consequential effect of order dated 21.11.2013 shall be made available to the petitioner if claim is made on that behalf. With the aforesaid finding no merit, the restoration petition is dismissed as none has appeared.
