2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 30.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56548 of 2023 .

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 427, 385, 379, 307, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The following order was passed on 30.08.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 56548 of 2023 :- Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 292 of 2021 registered under section 341, 323, 504, 427, 385, 379, 30, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68840 of 2024(5) dt.16-05-2025 2/2 that petitioner is said to have looted the fish of the informant which cost around Rs. 80,000/-. They assaulted them and caused grievous injury. The petitioner has eight antecedent of similar nature. The petitioner is in custody since 29.04.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of allegation and the antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.

5. The report of the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai dated 26.03.2025 shows that one witness has been examined and the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai has assured this Court that he will produce the remaining witnesses in the trial on the dates fixed.

6. In these circumstances, this Court is unable to review its earlier order and accordingly, the application for regular bail is rejected again.
