1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Goraul (Kathara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 52 of 2023 registered under Sections 304(B), 120(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the complaint case has been filed after a delay of one month. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. It is also submitted that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and has got no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.67262 of 2023(2) dt.19-10-2023 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateI, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul (Kathara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 52 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
