The petitioners are in custody in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 172 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 401, 411, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Allegation against the petitioners in the instant case is that from their possession Nokia Mobile Phone Set, Rs. 15,000/- cash were recovered. The petitioners are in custody since 21.07.2019.
