Mr.Sri S. Ehteshamuddin ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Brahampur (Krishna Brahm), P.S. Case No. 356 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the I.P.C and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant has suspected one Balandu Shekhar in commission of murder of her husband. He further submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced subsequently on his confessional statement when he was taken on remand. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 14.8.2018.

Considering the fact that informant has suspected the involvement of Balandu Shekhar in commission of murder of

There is no eye witness of the occurrence and even petitioner was not suspected by the informant, let the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Brahmpur (Kirshna Brahm) P.S. Case No. 356 of 2018.
