ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner, who is the husband, is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.380 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has denied that he had demanded any type of dowry and he is willing and ready to keep his wife and daughters with all honour and dignity, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be
