JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-10-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.a. For issuance of an appropriate writ including a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding upon the respondents to issue appropriate order/direction for grant of government service to the petitioner as per Rule 12(4) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Rules, 1995 and Section 15A of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

b. For direction to the respondents for proper implementation of the decision taken in minute no. 10 of the meeting held under the chairmanship of the District Magistrate, Aurangabad, contained in memo no. 249 dated 21.05.2018, whereby a decision has been taken to give

Case No. 71/13."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Aurangabad, by filing appropriate petition for redressal of his aforesaid grievances, however, seeks a direction upon the District Magistrate, Aurangabad, to decide his case sympathetically within a fixed time frame. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the District Magistrate, Aurangabad, by filing appropriate petition within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
