1. The present case has been listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned".

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 15.11.2025, above the cause title, the year of P.S. Case Number has wrongly been mentioned as "K. Hat P.S. Case No.290 of 2023" instead of "K. Hat P.S. Case No.290 of 2025.", therefore, the same may be corrected.

3. Considering the above submission, on instruction of the Court, the record was sent today to the Office to make necessary correction, thereafter the Office has reported back that the said mistake has been corrected in the computer and submitted a report in this regard which is on record.

4. In view of the above, the order dated 15.11.2025 stands modified to the extent that above the cause title "Arising

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64658 of 2025(4) dt.05-12-2025 2/2 Out of PS. Case No.-290 Year-2025 Thana- KHAJANCHI HAT District- Purnia" be read in place of "Arising Out of PS. Case No.-290 Year-2023 Thana- KHAJANCHI HAT DistrictPurnia."

5. The order passed today shall be part and parcel of the order dated 15.11.2025.
