The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, one country-made carbine and four livewithout cartridges were recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 19-03-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. One country-made carbine and four live cartridges are said to have been recovered. There is no ballistic expert report on record to show that the same is effective for use. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.
