2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 72 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 310(4), 310(5), 111(1) of the B.N.S. and Section 25(1b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of planning to commit loot. One cartridge has been recovered from the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya /concerned Court below in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 72 of 2025 subject to condition that:- (i) One of the bailors will be his own blood relative, preferably, father, mother, brother, sister and/or his wife.
(ii) The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Sherghati Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
