The petitioner seeks bail in Mufassil P.S. Case No. 344 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 47, 47(a), 48(2) and 57(1) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.
55 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 02.02.2017.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the facts that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran in Mufassil P.S. Case No. 344 of 2016.
