2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 187 of 2024 dated 01.06.2024, lodged under Sections 366-A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against four named accused persons including the present petitioner against whom there is an allegation that they have kidnapped the informant's daughter.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is clean

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69044 of 2024(2) dt.03-10-2024 2/2 and he is in custody since 10.07.2024. Counsel further submits that the alleged victim girl has been recovered and she has narrated her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. in which she has accepted that she entered into marriage with Mannu Singh @ Aditya Kumar and the said Mannu Singh @ Aditya Kumar is basically accused no.2 in the present case. Counsel submits that petitioner is the brother of Mannu Singh @ Aditya Kumar.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case, let the petitioner above named be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 187 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down U/s 437(3) Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Divyansh/- U T
