2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application directing the respondents to issue appropriate order/direction for his appointment in government service as per rule 12(4) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities Rules, 1995) and Section 15A of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989).

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed several representation before the District Magistrate in the year 2022 and the same is still pending for consideration.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that as per

Patna High Court CWJC No.15436 of 2024(3) dt.09-09-2025 2/2 Section 15-A any grant shall be made to the members of scheduled castes during the judicial proceeding. However, the representation of the petitioner is very old and pending since 2022. The petitioner may be directed to file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Sasaram and if such representation is filed, the District Magistrate may be directed to dispose the same in accordance with law.

5. Having regard to the submission made by the parties and taking into consideration the nature of prayer made in the writ application, the same is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate within four weeks.

6. If such representation is filed, the District Magistrate shall decide the same in accordance with law within a reasonable time frame preferably within four months. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) Siwani/- U
