JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 01-12-2023 As soon as the matter has been taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact the petitioner is ready to pay Rs.7,000/- per month which has been awarded to the opposite party (wife) and the minor son but he is looking for an amicable settlement and restitution of his conjugal rights through mediation.

Learned counsel submits that he would not press the revision application itself but this Court may direct the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad to take all efforts to get the matter resolved through mediation. On instruction, it is submitted that the petitioner shall show his bonafides by paying Rs.7,000/- per month as per the impugned order and shall pay the entire amount due till date within a

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.675 of 2023(4) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 reasonable period which may be fixed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad. In the meantime, he will also continue to pay the current maintenance within first seven days of every month.

3. Having regard to the kind of plea taken on behalf of the petitioner, this revision application together with I.A. No. 1 of 2023 is being disposed of as withdrawn.

Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad shall take appropriate steps for sending the matter to the Mediation Centre attached to the court where all efforts shall be taken to resolve the disputes amicably towards restitution and re-union of the petitioner, his wife and the minor son.
