Learned counsel for the petitioner has, however, submitted that the petitioner has not been given the benefit of pay revision recommendations.
The Court cannot widen the scope of contempt jurisdiction for entertaining the aforesaid grievance of the
Patna High Court MJC No.887 of 2017(4) dt.15-12-2021 2/2 petitioner in relation to less payment of wages than he was entitled to. He shall be at liberty to approach appropriate forum for redressal of the said grievance.
