2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 260 of 2024 dated 04.06.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 467 and 468 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage by enticing her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. It is submitted that in fact

No.70119 of 2024(3) dt.22-03-2025 2/2 the victim had gone to her relative but due to village politics, the petitioner has been implicated in the present case as they are next door neighbours. It is further submitted that the matter has already been compromised between the parties and they do not want to proceed further in the instant case. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition. He is in custody in this case since 05.06.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Exclusive Judge, (POCSO), Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 260 of 2024.

7. The application stands allowed.
