ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of nondischarge dated 1.8.2013 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge V, Begusarai, in Sessions Trial No. 241 of 2013. Considering that the Petitioner seeks discharge on questions of fact which cannot be gone into at the stage of 482 Cr. P.C.

The application stands dismissed with a direction to the Court below to conclude the Trial expeditiously if it has not done so already, without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party for which reason, he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 42 of 2011,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43075 of 2013 dt.17-09-2015 2/2 to the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai, and the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai, is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
