The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/381 /307 / 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation of assault and commission of theft as well as statement of the petitioner on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, who is in custody since 24.04.2019, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61631 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No.107 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
