JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 07-07-2026 The order under challenge in the instant revision petition is order dated 05.05.2025 passed in J.J.C.P. Case No. 13 of 2024 by the learned Children Court -cum- Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Begusarai. Against the impugned order only an appeal would lie under Section 101(5) of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act.

02. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to convert the present revision petition into an appeal under Section 101(5) of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act.
