JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Gogari P. S. Case No. 316 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per F.I.R. petitioners and 17 other persons assaulted the informant and others. There is specific allegation of firing against one Bechan Rai brother of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against them. There is case and counter case between the parties. There is land dispute between them.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khagaria, in connection with Gogari P.
