JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Riga P.S. Case No. 222 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section-30(A) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

As per written report, the name of this petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused, Kishan Kumar who has been arrested on the spot. The co-accused Kishan Kumar has been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court by order dated 21-02-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8246 of 2017. In such circumstances, the prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Riga P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14584 of 2017 (2) dt.19-04-2017 2/2 No. 222 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Singh, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Sitamarhi subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
