ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2019, in connection with Siwan Muffasil (Mahadeva O.P.) P.S. Case No. 193 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 379 of Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR but has falsely been implicated in the case on some secret information that the petitioner is trying to sell the motorcycle. It is further submitted that the alleged motorcycle has not been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has not yet been placed for T.I. parade. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that except one another case under Excise Act, the

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Siwan Muffasil (Mahadeva O.P.)
