2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 159 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, 12 persons said to have assaulted the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is in custody since 28.04.2023. 3 injuries has been found and Viscera has been preserved.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Saharsa/concerned Court below in connection with Sour Bazar P.S.
