1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(1), 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 117(2), 118, 303(2), 351(3), 352, 3(5) of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of one case and is a woman and the informant alleges that on 09.02.2025 at 8.15 P.M., his nephew Santu and Sanjit were sitting in the park when 19 named accused persons including the petitioner came along with 10unknown accused and Dhannu assaulted Santu by fasuli causing injury on hand, thereafter Deepak assaulted Santu by sword causing injury near his ear while Bade Chaudhary assaulted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69915 of 2025(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/3 Santu by rod on head and Jitu assaulted Sanjit by sword causing injury on left wrist. Further, Rahul and Laddu also assaulted them by an iron rod thereafter Banda, Sohit, Rohit and Bade assaulted Bharat by lathi and iron rod while wife of Banda and Asha snatched gold chain of Santu and Sanjit. It is next alleged that Dhannu instigated to kill the injured, but villagers gathered and accused fled and victims were taken to the hospital.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that petitioner is alleged to have snatched gold chain of Sanjit. It is further submitted that the allegation are ornamental. It is also submitted that petitioner is a young lady aged about 19 years and in the nature of allegation if she is sent to judicial custody chances are bright that she may come in contact with hardened criminals.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69915 of 2025(2) dt.14-10-2025 3/3 anticipatory bail on her furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Delha P. S. Case No.26 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
7. The application stands allowed.
