JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 15-07-2022 Mr. Ashhar Mustafa, learned counsel for the petitioner in all these three applications seeks permission to withdraw this application, as according to him, the police has already submitted charge-sheet in all these cases way back in the year 2017.
Mr. Anil Singh, learned counsel for the Vigilance Investigation Bureau does not dispute the contention. These applications are, thus, dismissed as withdrawn. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to apply for an appropriate remedy against any fresh cause of action. Needless to say that the petitioner may in case of a fresh cause of action seek his remedy whatsoever available to him in law.
