Learned counsel for the State has taken a preliminary objection that the subject matter of the present writ petition is also pending under Section 9 of the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 before the learned Additional Collector, Khagaria and the petitioner may be approached before the learned Additional Collector, Khagaria and pursue the present matter.

3. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move before the Additional Collector, Khagaria in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 132 of 2022 along with all the relevant documents in support of his claim.
