The petitioners are in custody since 06.07.2019 in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 217 of 2015 for the offence registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
