Petitioner seeks bail in Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 262 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414, 420, 467, 468, 476 and 120(B) Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, it is alleged that one Bolero car was intercepted by the police and this petitioner was found to be sitting on the aforesaid Bolero along with one Md. Aftab. They could not produce any paper with regard to vehicle. It has been further submitted that co-accused, Md. Amanullah, has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 25.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63461 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69710 of 2018(3) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 262 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
