1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the Registrar of the University regarding the claim of the petitioner of ACP and MACP.
2. Learned counsel for the University has no objection.
3. Considering the nature of prayer, the present writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Registrar of the University
Patna High Court CWJC No.5125 of 2017(5) dt.08-09-2025 2/2 within one month.
4. If such representation is filed, the Registrar shall dispose the same in accordance with law by a reasoned order within a reasonable time frame.
