Petitioner is in custody since 18.9.2018 in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2014 for the offence under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced in the instant case on the protest petition and in the FIR the informant has not named the petitioner in the commission of crime.

Considering the fact that petitioner was not named in the FIR and he has remained in custody for more than three months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail after 21.3.2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
