2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 351(3), 352, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, this petitioner is only alleged to be order-giver and there is absolutely no allegation of overt act against this petitioner.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the bail petition.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68061 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/2 within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Islampur P.S.
