The petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2019 in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 254/2019 corresponding to Special Case No. 32 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 224 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7/13(i),13(2) of the P.C. Act, 1988. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with other accused persons had helped the accused persons who had been taken into custody in connection with the illegal possession of 13 bags of coins and had facilitated their release. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is only a driver in the concerned police station and he has no role to play in keeping any of the accused persons either in custody or facilitated their release. It is further submitted that

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Patna, in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 254/2019 corresponding to Special Case No. 32 of 2019.
