The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Town P.S.hajipur P.S.Case no.616 of 2017 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons of assault the husband of the informant causing death. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against him and the persons having similar allegation have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.55419 of 2018.

No.1210 of 2019(3) dt.07-02-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.Case No.616 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
