ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2019 in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 41(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not made from his conscious possession but from a "Bhuskar". It is further submitted that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with
