1. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs :- "I. For commanding and directing the respondents to publish the result vide Advertisement No.74/98, for the post of Urdu Translator, and accordingly recommend the name of successful candidate for appointment against the vacant post of Urdu Translator, which has been illegally and arbitrarily withheld since 31.3.2000 by the respondent Public Service Commission without any justifiable reason, II. For commanding and directing the respondent No.4 to ensure appointment of
Patna High Court CWJC No.4951 of 2017(3) dt.20-01-2026 2/2 recommended successful candidate against the vacancy advertised in the said Advertisement No.74/98 forthwith as the post is still vacant for want of recommendation of a successful candidate, from Bihar Public Service Commission, III. For any other relief (s) for which petitioner is found entitled in the eye of law,"
2. Mr. Prabhat Ranjan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
3. In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
